What can we expect to discuss in our session?

We’ll want to know more about you and your and the business behind it. We’ll ask you about your business vision and if you have identified them, your business requirements.

Depending on where the call takes us, we’ll probably want to know more about why you’re looking to build this software and you’ll probably hear us asking “Why?”, a lot. This would be to get to to the motivation for your requirements which will give us a better foundation on which to build our understanding. With a better foundation, we’ll be in a better position to design a better solution rather than addressing what may be only the visible symptoms.

Armed with a better understanding, we’ll try find out about your challenges, constraints and priorities – this will provide us with a boundary in which we can start thinking about the project.

We’re sure that other things may come and we can dive deeper in to them where relevant.

Will you share any of the information we discuss in the meeting with anyone else?

Since most value can be found in the automation of core systems, we may need an understanding of your core and critical business processes or initiatives.

These may be trade-secrets or highly strategic parts of the way businesses competes in your market and we may not be able to add value without an understanding of them.

This won’t be possible without you trust.
